Two sets of steel-on-steel conditioner rolls crimp stems every 1-2 inches, reducing drying time while allowing leaves to stay healthy and whole, retaining nutrient value.

The 9300 Series rotary headers use hydraulic conditioner roll tensioning to maintain consistent pressure on the conditioners at all times. In the event of a header blockage where the header needs to be reversed, the tension is automatically released to allow the blockage out of the rolls; the pressure is then re-applied when the header is engaged forward.

The RazorBar™ Cutterbar is a modular ductile cast iron housing with spur gears transmitting the power from the dual header drive motors on each end. This gives it superior strength but allows for a thin cross section to allow for a close cut to the ground.
